A morning spent journaling dreams in living colour is a bit like a holiday or a meditation.  It gives me the space to indulge my own creative chaos through intensely personal and joyful self expression and brings my soul back to sparkling, scintillating life.  It hauls my heart’s desires out from the cobwebby attic of my mind and lays them out in front of me so that I can view them, resonate with them and be delighted by them all over again.  It reminds me of who I am and what I’ve wanted from life all along! (Ah, there you are, dearest self… lost you in the grocery aisle three days ago but it’s nice to have you back now).   What a beautiful, joy-filled way to give birth to my own dancing star!
