Creativity Gym...creating the life & biz you love...colourfully

Aside from our 2nd chakra being our centre for creative energy, everything about chakras spells creativity for me.  They each have a frequency, an associated colour and each represent several types of energy that in turn relate to our characteristics, feelings and even personalities!  Each one can be optimised and kept healthy, balanced and radiant.  This in turn creates a beautiful ability to develop who we are through movement, art forms, self expression and reflective processes like meditation.
